All our jewelry produced in Bali Indonesia and shipped to you directly from our studio.

Please note all orders made during weekday would be sent next day. If the order was made on weekend, its would be sent on monday.

We ship worldwide.

All international orders will be sent with DHL Express, it takes 3-10 working days, depending on your location.

Please note that DHL express do not accept shipping to PO boxes. Please check your delivery address and contact phone number (which should match the code of destination).

All international orders may be subjected to local customs duties and taxes, which we are not responsible for.Those taxes and duties are not included in the price of goods and are not included in shipping costs.

Please note that we are not refunding shipping costs for customers that reject their packages upon arrival for failure to pay duty fees. Return delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.

In Elaya we Believe that jewelry should be loved by the owner.

In case if you received the order and you are unsatisfied with the piece, you can make the return or exchange request within 30 days from the day of purchase. Simply write us an email elayajewelry.info@gmail.com
Return/exchange request which exceed this time, cannot be accepted.

Due to hygiene reasons we are not accepting earrings as return/exchange. Please choose carefully.

Returned items must be in original unworn condition, with all packaging and cards. Piece/s must not have any scratches and all stones and pearls should be on place.

We recommend that you sent return by registered post and keep the receipt with tracking number before our team receive the package back.

Elaya jewelry is not responsible for lost and damaged return item/s.

We have right to deny the return which doesn’t follow our return policy and procedure.

The shipping costs of returning item/s for an exchange or refund is not covered by Elaya Jewelry.

Once your return received by our Team and inspected, we will contact you via email to notify about approval or rejection of refund/exchange.

If return is approved, then your refund will be processed to the same card or same method from where initial payment was made, within 2-5 working days.
